None! We structure our packages to be an all-inclusive concierge style service. This means one CPA who knows your business inside and out, available to you year-round. No interns - no AI. No separate payroll service, assembly line tax preparation, surprise CPA advisory bills or inexperienced bookkeepers to hire.
We will work with you to create a plan and quote at a discounted monthly rate to bring your books up to date before enrolling in a monthly package. Need to file back taxes? We will handle that also.

Your full set of financial statements will be delivered by the 20th day of the following month. For example, your July financial statement package will be delivered to your secure portal by August 20th.
Your full set of monthly financial statements are tailored to your specific industry but generally include a Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Statement of Cash Flows and AR Aging reports.
Any IRS requests for information or audits corresponding to the tax year on or after signing your engagement letter are eligible under our audit support and IRS correspondence. Receive a notice from the IRS? Simply upload it to your secure client portal and we will handle the rest. We securely store your records for the IRS mandated time period and will respond appropriately. Any notices or audit notifications pertaining to periods preceding your signed engagement letter do not fall under our monthly package scope.
Yes! In appreciation of your good word, we offer a 10% discount on your annual subscription for every successful subscription referral you make. We also offer a 10% discount on subscriptions paid on an annual basis instead of monthly.
Yes, we serve clients nationwide through a secure client portal, virtual meetings, email, phone calls and text messages. We do offer in-person meetings for local businesses depending on your preference.
